Our Last Stand in Dodge

We went to Dodge City over the weekend to see Jeff's grandpa Milton ride in a cutting competition. He is almost 90, and still rides and competes with his horse Nancy. It was really fun watching him compete. We stayed at a super nice and western themed hotel (thanks Grandma Bo for hooking us up!), swam a lot, went to the zoo and climbed on a train. Lotus' favorite part was riding a horse named Patty with Grandpa Milton's friend Marcy. We also got to see Lotus and Juniper's great Aunt Millie and Uncle Mel, and cousins Jennifer and Dustin. It's our last stand in Dodge because Grandma Bo is moving to Newton, IA. We're excited she'll only be 3 hours away and we'll see her a lot more. We had so much fun, thanks again Grandma Bo!
P.S. Yes, that's a giant tumbleweed almost the size of my daughter on the playground.
