The Nelson with Quinn-e

Our old and dear friend Quinn (and former roomie) came into town for a visit and stay with us as "our guest", as Lotus called her over and over. Lotus and Juniper LOVED her, almost unrelentingly. We took the girls to the Nelson Art museum. It was super fun, and Lotus loved looking all the art (especially the furniture, future furniture designer?), but taking a very busy toddler was quite nerve wracking. I expected to turn around at any moment and find a valuable work of Art in Junie's hands. Here are some pics of our short but fun Nelson trip:

Juniper's 15 Month Stats

Juniper is 15 months! She is a mover and a shaker! Oh and definitely a climber...on everything, over and over again. Her favorite thing to do is read books. She is not a picky eater, but her favorite foods are corn on the cob and Mac and cheese. At her 15 month check up she weighed 26 pounds 14 oz and was 32 and a quarter inches tall. She is a girl of few words, literally. We're hoping her language picks up here in the next couple of months, or she might need some speech therapy. We know that she is extremely smart and understands most everything we say, just can't wait to hear what she has to say!

She's working on using utensils. Or maybe she isn't :)

Merry Christmas from the Blizzard McClures! Better late than never, here is a recap of our awesome Christmas:

Frozen

Lotus and I are obsessed with all things Frozen (the Disney movie). We saw it on a "Mommy Lolo date" a while ago, then Lo got the soundtrack for Christmas. Here she is singing "Let it Go", our favorite song. Pretty good for only hearing it once ;) (more like once an hour).

St. Joe Christmas 2014

Lotus wanted to dress alike. Juniper wanted to drag that chair around all over Stena's house. Aunt Stena gave Lotus her first of 3 Lalaloopsy dolls she got for Christmas. A great time was had by all!
