Having one made time fly, having two makes it twice as fast but twice as fun. Our baby girl is 6 months old. She has been eating solids for a month or so and has definite likes/dislikes. Her favorites are squash and sweet potatoes. She thinks cereal is wickedly disgusting and shivers or dry heaves after every bite (not humorous at all to watch). She loves chewing on apple or pear slices in her. " nubby". She is an expert sitter, rarely ever toppling over. One day a couple of weeks ago we tried sitting her up on her own for the first time and realized she could already do it! Today she learned how to roll from front to back, so we're hoping this will help her sleep a bit better through the night. She was flipping herself onto her belly, which she absolutely detests and couldn't figure out how to flip back and then the middle of the night crying would ensue. You can tell she really wants to be mobile like big sis, so i wouldn't be surprised if we have an early crawler on our hands. She weighs 19 lbs 7 oz and is 28 inches tall, both 97 percentile. She is really into playing with toys, and by playing I really mean gumming. Everything goes straight to the mouth, including her favorite chew toy: her toes. Super drool Fest has made it so her bib collection is quite extensive. Dr. Hartman says she is working on a bottom tooth, but I think it'll be a while yet. Her laugh is infectious, her fat rolls so squishy, her blue eyes heavenly, her disposition so sweet...We love you Juniper Kay!!!
