June got a new hanging chair for her room for Christmas. Although I keep reiterating the fact that it's a CHAIR, it continues to be treated more like a swing. Here they are reading:

Benben Visit

The Benbens stayed with us for a visit this week and we had a great time. We had big plans of going swimming and shopping at IKEA, but the kids had so much fun playing at our house we opted for a quick visit to Matt Ross's play area instead. Lotus and Elizabeth were like two peas in a pod :) they insisted on having matching pigtails:

Crown Center Christmas

We take the girls to Union Station and Crown Center every year to see the Christmas decorations. We like to go on Christmas Day because everything is open and there is quite literally no one there. We couldn't make it on Christmas Day this year because I worked, but we made it the day after and we had an awesome family day. 

Lotus is really into posing and taking  pictures. She wanted to pose with every climb on at Crown Center, here are just a few:

June's Big Girl Bed

June asked for a "Lolo bed" for Christmas, so we surprised her with her toddler bed. She loves it and goes right to sleep in it just like her crib.

Christmas 2014

We had the best Christmas. The kids had a great time with their cousins at the mimi Christmas! They are so lucky to have gotten so many awesome gifts. Lotus' favorites were her doll Willow and her colossal art set. June loves her lollaloopsy mermaid and her new bed. 

Sickly Snow Session

The girls and Jeff were sick with the flu all last week, but they mustered up enough strength to play in the snow for a bit. June lasted about 5 minutes. This is how She got herself ready to play in the snow, pants go on FIRST June!

I asked the girls for a pre-snow picture. This was the best I could get:
